Refund policy

Window

You have thirty days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. After that, the piece is yours.

Condition

Returned pieces need to be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. We can't accept anything that has been worn outside, washed, scented, altered, or damaged. If a piece comes back lived in, we'll have to send it back to you.

Free returns inside the U.S.

We cover return shipping for U.S. orders. You'll get a prepaid label as soon as your return is approved.

International returns

For orders shipped outside the U.S., return shipping is on you. We recommend a tracked service. We can't be responsible for packages that get lost on their way back to us.

How to start a return

Email returns@savageandstill.com with your order number and the piece you want to send back. We'll respond within two business days with next steps and a return label if you're in the U.S.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our facility, we'll inspect it within five business days. If everything checks out, we'll refund the original payment method. Refunds usually post within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is the result of our mistake (wrong item, defect, or damage in transit).

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges right now. If you need a different size or piece, return the original for a refund and place a new order. Vol. 01 inventory moves slowly, so the size you want should still be there when your refund clears.

Final sale

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Pieces marked as final sale at checkout
  • Gift cards
  • Pieces from sample sales or limited drops

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, that's on us. Email hello@savageandstill.com within seven days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right immediately, no return label needed.

A NOTE FROM US

We make pieces meant to be worn, not displayed. If you're going to commit to a S.A.S. piece, we want you to be sure. Try it on. Walk around in it. Feel the weight. If it's not right, send it back.

But once you're sure, wear it. That's what it's for.
