Shipping policy

We pack every order by hand. Each piece is inspected, folded, and wrapped in tissue before it goes in the mailer. The S.A.S. emblem sticker stays on. The first time you open the box should feel like the first time you wear the piece.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within two business days. During drops or restocks, give us up to four. We'll email you tracking the moment your order leaves our facility.

If you order Friday after 2pm EST, your piece ships Monday. We don't move on weekends and we don't pretend to.

All U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on weight and destination.

We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times depend on destination and are calculated at checkout.

A note on customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country, not by us. These are the customer's responsibility. We can't predict them and we can't refund them.

We mark every package as merchandise at full value. We don't mark packages as gifts to help avoid customs charges. It's not how we operate.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If you don't see it within 48 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder. If it's not there, email us at hello@savageandstill.com and we'll resend it.

Address accuracy

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we can't reroute it. If a package gets returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange a reship at your cost.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in seven business days for U.S. orders or fourteen business days for international, email us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either resend your order or refund you in full.

We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. If your tracking shows delivered and you can't find the package, file a claim with the carrier first. We'll help where we can.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged or the box looks like it lost a fight, email us within seven days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost as soon as we confirm.


A NOTE FROM US

We're a small operation. Every order moves through real hands, not a warehouse algorithm. That means shipping is occasionally slower than the giants, but it also means somebody actually checked your piece before it went in the box.
