WHAT WE SELL

We make and sell premium streetwear under the SAVAGE AND STILL brand. Every piece description on this site is written carefully, but minor details (fabric weight, exact dimensions, color rendering on different screens) may vary slightly from what arrives. Photography never perfectly captures the matte finish of a 450gsm hoodie. We do our best.

If something arrives meaningfully different from what was described, that's covered under our Returns Policy.

 ORDERING AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you're making us an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you an order confirmation email. Until we send that confirmation, no contract exists.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment for any reason, including:

  • Pricing errors on our end
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inventory issues
  • Resale activity that violates these terms

If we cancel your order before shipping, you'll receive a full refund within five business days.

Pricing

Prices are listed in the currency shown at the top of the site. Prices may change at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price you paid — we honor confirmed orders.

Sales tax, VAT, or duties may be added depending on where your order ships. International customers are responsible for any customs fees charged by their country.

Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and our third-party payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping terms are covered in full in our Shipping Policy. The short version: most orders ship within two business days, tracking is sent automatically, and delivery times depend on your location and shipping method.

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We track every order and step in if something goes wrong, but we don't guarantee delivery dates.

RETURNS

Full return terms are in our Return Policy. Quick version: thirty days, unworn, tags on, free returns inside the U.S.

ACCOUNTS

You don't need an account to place an order, but creating one makes life easier. If you create an account:

  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You're responsible for everything that happens under your account
  • Don't share your login with anyone
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We can suspend or close any account that violates these terms. Specifically: fraud, chargebacks without legitimate cause, harassment, or attempts to scrape, hack, or disrupt the site.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on this site — the SAVAGE AND STILL name, the S.A.S. emblem, all logos, designs, photography, video, journal entries, product descriptions, and the site itself — is our intellectual property. It's protected under copyright and trademark law.

What you can do:

  • Share photos of yourself wearing our pieces on social media (please tag us, we love it)
  • Link to our site
  • Reference our products in editorial content with attribution

What you can't do:

  • Reproduce, copy, or imitate our designs
  • Use our logo, name, or photography for your own commercial purposes
  • Resell our pieces in a way that misrepresents your relationship to the brand
  • Manufacture counterfeits — we will pursue this aggressively
  • Scrape the site for product data, photography, or content
